Every Entuer plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You only pay if you choose to upgrade after the trial ends.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, email hello@entuer.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are not issued for charges older than 14 days from the billing date. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the annual charge date. After 14 days, we can cancel the subscription and prorate the remaining months as account credit.
