By accessing or using Entuer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Entuer is a WordPress plugin that uses AI to research, write, illustrate, and publish blog posts on a schedule. The Service is provided by Varnan Technologies ("we," "us," "our").

Entuer is sold as a subscription. Billing cycles are monthly or annual. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at 10× the monthly rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Content generated by Entuer on your behalf is yours. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, and documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varnan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
